24 x7 proactive monitoring of the systems L1
Adhere to ITIL-compliant Service Management processes.
Ticket creation, assigning with monitoring knowledge (Response is L1 Team responsibility)
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
Experience in Installing OS and basic troubleshooting
Knowledge on Remote tools and connectivity
Experience in installing / re-installing software and system utilities
Experience in performance monitoring of servers including CPU, disk space, memory utilization, I/O utilization, etc.
Knowledge on windows event logs and analyses
Knowledge on OS license and activation
Knowledge on Vmware Esxi / VM Power on /power off and console access of Vcenter
Experience in UAC (User Id Creation / modification / deletions etc)
Experience in Outlook and email configuration
Help to create technical documentation and manuals
Coordination and follow up with on site team for infra related issues
Salary: INR 2,75,000 - 4,25,000 PA.
